OlderEd Westwick & Kelly Rutherford: 'Gossip Girl' Set!
Ed Westwick and Kelly Rutherford walk to their trailers on the set of their show Gossip Girl on Thursday (August 30) in New York City.
The 25-year-old actor and 43-year-old actress were joined on set by Matthew Settle.

Kelly is in the middle of a custody battle for her two children with ex-husband Daniel Giersch, who was recently granted the right to relocate the kids to France, forcing Kelly to travel abroad to visit them.
“Kelly is gratified by the outpouring of support she’s received and is devastated that her American citizen children were ordered to live overseas to accommodate their father because he’s banned from entering the U.S,” her rep said in a statement to JustJared.com.
An appeal of the ruling will happen this afternoon (August 31) at 1:30pm PST.

Ironic – her husbands VISA was revoked because of accusations SHE made against him.
Plan was to get him kicked out of the US so she could keep her daughter and collect child support.
The judge NAILED her on that, indicating that she went so far out of her way to try to pin something on him that she crossed the line into fabricated claims that she knew were groundless.
