Keira Knightley looks gorgeous in this new character poster for the upcoming film Anna Karenina.
The 27-year-old British actress will be starring in the movie adaptation of Leo Tolstoy’s classic novel of the same name alongside Jude Law and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

The epic romance flick is set in late 19th century Russia high-society and tells the story of Anna Karenina (Knightley) who enters into a life-changing affair with the affluent Count Vronsky (Johnson).
Anna Karenina is set to hit theaters on November 9.

Anna Karenina is one of the greatest novel ever written. So it’s not just some “period drama”. Almost every actress on Earth wants to play Anna.
She plays the same character in every film. Get some range, pouty!

She is the most acclaimed actress other than Meryl Streep there is. She is always stunning, and a wonderful actress. I too hope she gets the Academy Award. She makes those “period piec.” come to life. She doesn’t play them in an old fashioned way. It is old drama made new and up to date.

Amy Adams, Jessica Chastain, Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams, are way better actresses and have more critical acclaim roles than this overrated “I play the same roles” Knightley.

She is a good actress. See Atonement, or Never Let me Go. There’s nothing wrong with having a period ‘look’. And there’s room for even more excellent actresses out there. She’s certainly better than Portman in period films!
I don’t know what relations or acquantances this actress has in Hollywood, but she is not an outstanding actress.The roles she played should be played by more talented person. Anna was a stout attractive WOMAN, she had a child. Kira looks like a hystarical anorexic young girl. Her manners and gestures, her aspect can’t be compared with Anna’s. Kate Winslet could be the right actress for this role. And not only because she is not so slender, Winslet is more talented. But that’s only my point of view.
