Flop
Is this dedicated to Katniss Everdeen or something?
LOVED IT !!!! YOU GO GIRRRRRRL
@Lisa:
lolllll
Not liking it.
stop making song with Nicki Minaj!! she’s terrible! use your own talent, alicia, you’re great!
Not impressed. Feels like I’ve heard her sing this before, only better. Same beat, same type of melody…crappy, juvenile lyrics that are repeated over and over again. Sounds like something a teenager would write.
My advice to her is to work on becoming a better lyricist. And to maybe go to a singing coach to learn how to shout less while singing. I mean she has a great voice, just that she seems to strain it unnecessarily.
And she could also need some inspiration for other ways of using her voice…you know, just get a bigger variation of how to use her voice. I want her to evolve and mature a little bit because she has so much potential for greatness. Basically I’m a fan, but I want get blown away.
Gee, I wonder where she got the title for that song? #hungergamescopycat
Don’t feel this song is special because the beats are similar to what have she has done in past. I also agree with another poster…she has not grown much as a lyricst or a vocalist. However, I am looking forward to hearing the rest of her album.
Not impress. Sing your song alone! why add Nikki on there. Nikki sings gabbage.
Meh…. not impressed.
I’m not as instantly conquered as I was when I first heard “No one” or “Fallin” I’m sorry.
Someone’s finally dropped the facade making it hella clear that, ‘I’m JUST here for the money, F talent, I want mine!!!!!’
So far I have not been impressed with any single that I have heard so far from the new album. Lyrically a mess and just uninspired.
Love this and Alicia. I’m not really into rap that much so I’ll be sure to check out the blue light version. Still this is nice, especially Nicki’s second verse and ALL of Alicia’s lyrics.
@prettydew Typical hater reply. If you don’t like something, then surely it couldn’t be good. Lol Believe it or not, I’d say there are quite a few people who do things because they enjoy it, kinda like going on websites and bashing artists because ??? Anyone who knows anything about Alicia at all knows she loves music and it’s not all about the $$$.+ she is full of talent. This song is great whether you like it or not.
Quite disappointing that Alicia decided to make a song with her. Alicia has more Grammys than Nicki Minaj will ever dream, but sorry to disappoint you Alicia, you aren’t going to win anything win this song (maybe a MTV award). You are wasting your talent.
I think it is fine. Subtle and simple, maybe it is a grower.
