Hayden Panettiere shows off her awesome figure on the cover of Women’s Health magazine’s October 2012 issue, on newsstands September 11.

Here’s what the 23-year-old Nashville star had to share with the mag:

On doing her own vocals for Nashville: “I always said if I was ever going to do music again, I’d do country. There’s honesty and truth in it.”

On her weight: “I find out that when I’m overly concerned about what I eat, I stress out my body and put on weight.”
