Prince Harry Deployed to Afghanistan

The 27-year-old royal and Apache helicopter pilot for the squad has been redeployed to the Taliban-controlled region for four months, according to the BBC. Harry previously spent ten weeks back in the province in 2007-2008.

“He will be in a difficult and demanding job. And I ask that he be left to get on with his duties and allowed to focus on delivering support to the coalition troops on the ground,” Royal Navy Captain Jock Gordon, Commander of the Joint Aviation Group said.
