Sofia Vergara & Chelsea Handler: Stand Up To Cancer!

Sofia Vergara and Chelsea Handler pose on the red carpet at the 2012 Stand Up To Cancer telecast on Friday (September 7) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

The 40-year-old Modern Family actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Eric Stonestreet and Ty Burrell, as well as New Girl‘s Max Greenfield.
