Jennifer Garner and her adorable daughter Seraphina visit a police station on Monday (September 10) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The 40-year-old actress reportedly went to the police station to rescue husband Ben Affleck‘s car, which had been supposedly towed.

Over the weekend, Jennifer was spotted catching a flight out of Toronto after supporting Ben at the premiere of his upcoming film Argo at the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival.
At the premiere of Argo, Jennifer glammed up in a black Valentino dress.
