Simon Cowell greets fans outside the El Capitan Theatre after making an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live with Britney Spears on Wednesday (September 12) in Hollywood, Calif.

The 30-year-old pop star and her X Factor co-judge promoted the season premiere of their show and talked about how they’re getting along.
