Nicole Richie wears a low-cut top at DuJour‘s October Issue Cover Party held at SkyBar at the Mondrian Los Angeles on Friday (September 14) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 30-year-old fashion designer was joined by the evening’s host, DuJour Media’s Jason Binn.
