Kerry Washington glimmers in a Vivienne Westwood gown at the 2012 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 23) in Los Angeles.
The 35-year-old Scandal actress was all smiles as she posed for pics on the red carpet before heading inside to watch the show.
