How can you say that the paps are “hounding her”? Her kids have been in the hospital for a month and she most likely has been going to the hospital every day, if the paparazzi just hang out at the hospital don’t you think that they would have gotten a picture before now? And if they do, then she clearly knows how to avoid them–which she understandably did for the first month while her children were getting better. She had her picture taken because she wanted her picture taken. She and Stephen Moyer always pull famewh*#e photo ops that people call Rachel Bilson, Kellan Lutz, and Kate Bosworth out on all the time, but no one ever calls them on it.

She probably had them premature and they are underweight. It’s very common for twins to be born early, the more multiple pregnancies you have, the less time they are in the womb. That’s why you see people with triplets, quads, etc being born earlier and earlier.

The twins probably have to be put in an incubator for a while until their bodies are more stable and a bit bigger. I was a preemie @ 4lbs and had to be put in an incubator until I put on more weight and was more developed.
