Katherine Heigl is all smiles as she carries a tray holding four cups of coffee after leaving Little Dom’s on Saturday (October 6) in Los Feliz, Calif.

The day before, the 33-year-old actress was honored at the Variety Power of Women event for her work with the American Cancer Society.
