Heidi Klum and her boyfriend Martin Kirsten take the kids to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch on Saturday (October 6) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 39-year-old supermodel and Project Runway host was joined by her children Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou, as well as her parents Erna and Gunther for the family day of fun.
