Jennifer Lopez wows in a sparkling outfit while performing on stage to a full arena at the Palacio de los Deportes on Sunday (October 7) in Madrid, Spain.
Earlier in the day, the 43-year-old entertainer donned a sports jersey while spending time with her twins Max and Emme in Madrid.
