OlderLindsay Lohan's Alleged Assaulter Speaks About Charges

Last weekend, the 26-year-old actress was the victim of an alleged assault by a man named Christian LaBella whom she brought back to her apartment and got into an argument with after he took a picture of her on his phone.
The charges against Christian were eventually dropped and TMZ caught up with him for comment this weekend.
“I don’t have any comment at this time. I’m thrilled the charges were dropped,” Christian said. “That’s all I got to say.”
