Heidi Klum: 'Project Runway' Season Ten Finale Next Week!

Heidi Klum takes her adorable kids Leni, Henry, and Johan to workout at a gym class on Sunday (October 7) in Los Angeles.

The 39-year-old model’s boyfriend/bodyguard Martin Kristen also accompanied the family on their trip.

The day before, Heidi and Martin were spotted together while taking the kids to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood.
