No wonder he and Leo are new besties

  • gtrgf

    stupid movie premise

  • @Steven

…only in your dreams. if a black actor is nominated for an Oscar, like Jamie is expected to be, the Academy will feel the pressure to hand him the award.

  • The Real Emma

Looks like Inglorious Basterds for Slaves. Should be fun!

  • ellen

  • Foxxette

Jamie Foxx is a revelation. I deffo expect nominations for him if the movie is good. Leo reminds me of his Blood Diamond character, but with a southern accent and bad teeth.

  • Leo Fan

Jamie F won over Leo’s Aviator in 2005. Remember?

  • Foxxette

I didn’t expect him to be as believable in this type of role. It looks like a better performance from him than Ray. I thought Leo would be better than him, but I think it’s the other way around.

  • Asha

This looks awesome. I will definitely see it.

  • Steven

Well Leo would be nominated for supporting and Jamie for lead. They wouldn’t be competing against each other.

  • lucy

    to @Steven

first off, Jamie Foxx already has an Oscar for best actor. second, the voters of the academy don’t always do what everyone expect them to.

  • nope

I am disappointed…. I thought I would see a new Dicaprio in it, but again -nope. He again overacts. I thought Calvin C. is gonna be cold, calm, almost with no emotions person, but LD is not able to portrait these kind of people. Here we go…again, psycho over the edge.

@ASIANS CAN ACTUALLY READ MINDS: nobody gives a crap about asians im tired of reading your stupid comment all over this website get the F off

  • http://JOYEZZ ugh

    Leo is great
    haters just biased againts him
I am sooo gonna watch this movie
    go Leo!

  • uuu

I don’t like when people talk very close to each others face in movies. In real life people never talk like this.

  • Cassie

@nope have you ever seen a Tarantino movie? His characters are NOT calm, with no emotions. Leo is just playing what Quentin wrote. Plus is a half comedy role, something new for Leo. I think he’s great in it, but this year he has no chance to win the Oscar. Too many great supportive performances.

  • sami

    leonard the best Go leo!

  • Message

I think this looks awesome. The cast is brilliant. I’m kind of meh about Jamie Fox, but it looks like he does a good job here. Christopher Waltz is the man. And Leo does a good job portraying Calvin. Remember, this is a Tarrantino movie. His movies are always slightly campy. Always violent. They are always fun to watch.

  • Heart

BADASS! I can totally see Leo winning an Oscar for this. Harvey Weinstein has Django and The Master to campaign in favor, but I believe he is going with Leo over Philip Seymour.

  • CW

That’s too bad because Philip Seymour Hoffman is 10x the actor DiCaprio is. Leo is over hyped to the max. Same smarmy mugging and furrowed brow in movie after movie, always chasing Oscar bait. He’s gotten worse as he gets older, not better. I’ll watch for Waltz.

  • LOL

I like Hoffman. But his filmography does not show much range either
A lot of his characters frown and have repressed issues too.
    Leo minus the dead wives

  • CanadaGirl

^^^^^^^^ This looks amazing. You gotta love Tarantino – action and great dialogue.

  • LaChica

Can’t wait!!!! I will for sure be checking this movie out!!

  • nope

When he is saying “adults supervision is required” he looks like a gay, too buttered, and overacted.
There are only two movies of his which I personally would have granted him with Oscar- “What eating GG” and “Shutter Island”, all other… – nope.
In all other movies, he constantly falls short to the Oscar level, in one way or another. Maybe it is because he is trying too hard.

  • Fernanda

It looks SO good! Looking forward to see Leo’s performance.

  • leo’s fan girl

Leo will make this movie what it is ,even in j edgar hoover he was amazing. His acting is uncanny and he will bring his characters to life.
I’ve seen all his movies and he is one of hollywood’s finest actors.

    Love you Lots,

PS Leo, you never cease to amaze me.
