Miley Cyrus poses backstage at the City of Hope Gala on Wednesday (October 10) at Exchange LA in Los Angeles.
The 19-year-old entertainer was joined at the event by Jordin Sparks and American Idol runner-up Jessica Sanchez. All three of the gals performed songs during the evening!
