Gerard Butler Opens Up About Rehab

Gerard Butler sits down for lunch with some friends at a French restaurant on Sunset Boulevard on Thursday afternoon (October 18) in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old recently opened up about the time that he spent in rehab earlier this year to address issues with prescription drugs.

“Maybe a stronger person wouldn’t have needed to go,” Gerard told Men’s Journal. “When you hear the word rehab, you think, ‘He’s a mess, he’s f–ked up.’ But I’m glad I did it. I’ve made a s–tload of wrong decisions in my life. But I know I’ve made some right ones as well.”
