Teresa Palmer heads out for lunch with a gal pal at Urth Caffe on Tuesday (October 17) in Hollywood.
The 26-year-old newly single actress attended the Elle Women in Hollywood event earlier in the week.
Teresa is featured on the cover of Women’s Health Australia‘s November 2012 issue, which is on newsstands now. The issue marks the fifth anniversary of the mag!

I don’t see healthy in her, I see anorexic. Women’s Health should get someone like Jennifer Hudson )who lost weight in a healthy way) to be on the cover not these stick girls…sad!

She looks like a child! Horrible actor, but admittedly fresh, girl next door type looks.
there looks to be a lot of photoshopping done on that cover, actually. she doesn’t normally look that thin. she’s thin, absolutely, but not to the point where it looks like anorexia.
