The 28-year-old singer and her sister Jessica Simpson are currently dealing with their parents divorce, which was confirmed to JustJared.com earlier this week.

Just last week Ashlee was spotted leaving a lawyer’s office with her mother Tina Simpson in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Earlier in the month Trulia confirmed that Tina and her estranged husband and manager to both Ashlee and Jessica, Joe Simpson, put their Encino home up for sale.
