RW is not participating in the film…. therefore, it is only LOGICAL that she is not on the red carpet to steal the limelight from where it’s due, ie, cast & crew….

Gee, it’s rather pitiful that petty minded gossips thrive on knowing the nitty-gritty of celebrated artistes private lives… Perhaps they should focus on their own…. educate themselves… do humanitarian volunteer work.
….sigh…..

Cor, blimey! I think he’s shoved a cucumber down his crotch ‘cos it’s sure bulging down there. o_O
Like in Spinal Tap, where the band members stuff their pants with armadillos to tease the ladies.

Skyfall has already made $100 million in a week…. & it hasn’t even opened in the US yet.
It’ll probably be the highest grossing Bond film to date.
Diligent red carpet promotional campaign perfectly executed. Nevertheless, the film speaks for itself regardless.

Armani is best moda in tuto the world. Berenice is very elegante with his dress. Not too much frou frou like other stile. Simplicity is more eleganza.

Since you’ve made it clear that you don’t Daniel Craig as James Bond why are you here? just wondering, because the majority of us here think he is wonderful in the role. So, wouldn’t you be more comfortable with your friends in the CraigisnotBond sites?

Love my job, since I’ve been bringing in $5600… I sit at home, music playing while I work in front of my new iMac that I got now that I’m making it online(Click on menu Home)

His suit looks too small.

@Dave:
THAT’S TOM FORD!!!!!!!!!

To Dave

Actually, i think Daniel looks great in that suit, and every other suit he’s worn.

Dave; The nice sharp suit is a Mormon missionary thing…

@TheDudeAbides: LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You crack me up!

The girl has a bomb body, but her hair style looks always odd..

ohmygod Daniel’s so FIT. He’s just so … FIT.

Well Skyfall was awesome. Daniel Craig is excellent in it, never thought I’d say that. I love Daniels James Bond. X

@Tayla:

LOL Tell Tom Ford that Daniel can’t even button the jacket. It looks terrible.

@minx:
LOL. but that’s not armadillos! that’s his ****. Check out the 4th picture!

@Dave:
>Daniel can’t even button the jacket<
yeah that’s so, however that’s Tom Ford's Style Rules! A slim fitting, tailored designer suit is the glue that holds Tom Ford’s look together.

Daniel is an absolute beau!

Brady Cooper also always wears Tom Ford at his premiere, yes, its obviously too small for him. XD

OMFG Daniel why are you so gorgeous?!

Mako Morton @ 10/30/2012 at 11:26 pm

Like I said, the combination of Tom Ford black suit and white shirt look expensive and so fit him perfectly. It makes him dapper/sharp. Keep going!

Craig makes James Bond movies so much more appealing. What a man!

Berenice looks absolutely stunning today. But if you ask me, she’s totally overdressed until yesterday. Every thing’s strong so looks tacky.

Awwwwwwww Daniel is incredibly sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!

his lips look so delicious and plump and peachy and perfect i can just imagine biting them, hehehe

He’s so old and boring looking. What do women see in this stiff, plain man.

@Jen: hmmm… but alas, that’s clearly a codpiece. Definition outline.

@chris: Because he has mojo. You never have it.

Daniel Craig never forgets he is playing Bond
http://articles.sun-sentinel.com/2012-10-30/teenlink/fl-tl-skyfall-interview-20121030_1_james-bond-movie-skyfall-daniel-craig-naomie-harris
(QUOTE)
Teenlink: How did you get Sam Mendes to direct the movie?

Daniel Craig: I saw him at a party and I kind of offered him the job, which is not my place to do, but one too many drinks. I always thought if it hadn’t have worked out I could’ve just blamed the booze. That conversation that night really was the start of it. I wanted to pick his brains about what we could do and how we could make it better and I had all these ideas and we just vouched off each other a little bit and I kind of just said: you want to do it?
TL: In this film we learn about Bond more than ever. What your approach to capturing the complexity and depth of the character?

Craig: I never forget I’m playing James Bond. This isn’t a character study – it’s kind of getting somebody who is closed off. Letting him go a little bit occasionally just so we see him knock down, so we can see him stand back up again. And those things hopefully make for just a kind of more enjoyable movie, so we just don’t have one beat. And I think about an action movie where you just sort of have a hero, the world needs saving at the beginning of the movie and at the end of the movie he saves the world. I want to kind of do a bit more than that.

TL: What was it like playing James Bond in a different incarnation in the Olympic opening ceremony in England this summer?

Craig: That was just a video game. All I can really say I was very honored just to play a little part in the opening ceremony. It was very surreal. I was at the palace working with the queen – it was not something I ever dreamed I would do. But she was just lovely, really just keen and very happy to do it. It was all over before I could think about it. I had to keep it very secret though, that’s the thing.

TL: You recently starred in the movie “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”. Is there anything you could tell us about the status of “The Girl who Played with Fire”?

Craig: I’ve got nothing to tell you. If I had some news I’d tell you. I’m not hiding anything – I literally just don’t know. I think they would like to make another one. I am very optimistic that it might possibly happen maybe someday – that’s all I can say.

TL: A lot of people have expressed optimism that this could be the first Bond film for a possible Best Picture Nomination. Are you confident in this?

Craig: I never would speculate about stuff like that. It’s very nice – one of the nicest things. And I can’t lie when the press started to come out it was a huge relief for me because you invest a large part of your life, as did many people in this film and I knew we had a good film, but who knows how people are going to respond to it. I think that to sort of speculate now would be kind of a little bit jumping the gun.

TL: How much training did you have to do for this film?
Bardem: I’m not very much an action actor. So I haven’t done very much action at all in my 25 years. In this case you want to feel a little a taste of action. You go to a James Bond movie, you want to put yourself in that place. I felt I did maybe an appetizer of that. The big meal is on Daniel’s shoulders, on Daniel’s stomach. I mean, he had to do so many things. I was so impressed to see how committed and how well prepared he was – it’s not easy. But I’m a great believer of stunt double work. Let the guys who know how to do it do it.

Daniel Craig Dismisses Rumours Of Two-Parter Bond Story
http://www.bleedingcool.com/2012/10/31/daniel-craig-dismisses-rumours-of-two-parter-bond-story/
Last week we reported two big pieces of news regarding the James Bond franchise. First, that the next two films will be written by John Logan, the screenwriter behind Gladiator and Hugo. Second, for the first time in Bond history, we would see a two-parter story arc that would be told over the course of both of Logan’s films.

However, Daniel Craig has just stated in an interview with Filmstarts that the very idea of a two-parter Bond “impossible”.

Daniel Craig: I don’t know where that’s come from. It’s impossible to do a two parter … All we’re trying to do at the moment is get the next one sorted out, and that will standalone, and if I’m able I’ll do another one after that.
Craig has previously confirmed to Bleeding Cool that he is contracted for two more Bond films, so don’t pay too much attention to the “if I’m able” part of that quote. As for the rest of it, there’s a slim chance that Craig is either out of the loop or telling fibs to throw people off, but only time will tell if this is the case.
The statement that the next story would be a two-parter came from an unspecified source over at Deadline. There’s not yet been any denial about Logan’s assignment as screenwriter for the next film, so we can be fairly certain that this part of the story was true.

@Mary:
Rachel was in London while Daniel was promoting Skyfall. Daniel came back to London after the Berlin premiere, and then they went back to NYC together.

Sean Bean: Daniel Craig is one of the best Bonds ever
http://www.tv3.ie/entertainment_article.php?locID=1.803.810&article=87092
Sean Bean: Daniel Craig is one of the best Bonds ever
Sean Bean thinks Daniel Craig is ”one of the best” James Bond stars ever.
The 53-year-old star – who played Bond villain Alec Trevelyan in 1995 movie ‘GoldenEye’ – believes the 44-year-old hunk has always been a ”stand-out” actor, and he isn’t surprised he’s managed to win fans of the film series over following initial criticism.
He said: ”I like Daniel Craig, I worked with him on ‘Sharpe’, one of the very early ones, maybe the second one we did – ‘Sharpe’s Revenge’? A long, long time ago and he was good in that then.
”He’s always been an actor that stands out, and I remember when he first got Bond and people were slagging him off before he’d even started, and he’s managed to turn that around and stick it back up ‘em! And he’s probably one of the best Bond’s that’s ever been.”
Sean’s role as 006 in ‘GoldenEye’ coincided with Pierce Brosnan’s debut as the suave spy, and the ‘Game of Thrones’ star admits the pair helped each other cope with the pressure which came with appearing in such a high profile film franchise.
He added to Den of Geek: ”He had a lot of pressure on him, but he coped very well with it and turned out to be a great Bond. At the same time I felt a certain pressure playing a baddie, a Bond baddie, alongside him for the first time, but he was quite cool about it and I think that kind of rubbed off on me.
”I think we just thought, ‘Let’s approach it like a job, we won’t let the pressure or anything get to us, any pre-conceptions or expectations and get on with it and that’s what we did and it was great.’ I have fond memories of that.”

・James Bond gets holy seal of approval: Vatican praises ‘extremely beautiful girls’ and ‘essential vodka Martinis’ as it gushes over Skyfall

・The Vatican newspaper l’Osservatore Romano published five articles praising the new 007 film Skyfall
・Latest film is one of the best Bond movies ever, according to the paper, which has been given a revamp by editor Gian Maria Vian
Review in Catholic paper noted the ‘extremely beautiful’ Bond girls

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2225721/Skyfall-gets-Vaticans-holy-seal-approval.html

With his womanising, trained killer ways, it would be no surprise if James Bond met with disapproval from the Catholic church.
But the latest 007 movie has had the blessing of the Holy See after the Vatican newspaper published a rave review Skyfall declaring it to be one of the best Bond films in history.
L’Osservatore Romano devoted no less than five articles to James Bond – including an interview with star Daniel Craig – in which it praised the ‘extremely beautiful’ girls in the Skyfall cast and lauded Dame Judi Dench’s ‘appealing’ portrayal of MI6 boss M.

In the main article, titled ’007 License to Cry’, the newspaper applauded the latest incarnation of the world’s most famous spy for making Bond less of a cliché, and ‘more human, capable of being moved and of crying: in a word, more real’.

It said the movie boasts all of the classic James Bond ingredients: ‘The title credits song, adrenalin pumping action, amazing hyper-realistic chases, exotic locations, extremely beautiful Bond girls, the usual super villain and the essential vodka martini’.
The review also notes that the character of M, played by Dame Judi Dench, shows ‘the fragility of a woman who hides behind the cold mask of the boss of the powerful MI6, rendering her less distant and more appealing’.

A second article compared the different actors who have played James Bond, from the original Sean Connery to the current Daniel Craig.
The paper also published an interview with Craig, an article explaining why author Ian Fleming chose the name James Bond for his hero, and a fifth piece analysing the various soundtracks of the 23 films.
L’Osservatore Romano’s extensive coverage is a sign of how much the newspaper has changed since Gian Maria Vian took over as editor-in-chief in 2007.
Pope Benedict XVI gave Vian a mandate to rejuvenate the 151-year-old mouthpiece of the Holy See when he appointed him, and the newspaper now includes articles on current events, trends and showbiz alongside Church business.
The editor has also introduced more articles by female writers, more international news, and a more reader-friendly layout and typeface.

The new agenda is in stark contrast to the days when its austere content led some critics to call it the ‘Catholic Pravda’, a reference to the communist party paper in the former Soviet Union.
While the newspaper has a print circulation of just 15,000 – smaller than that of some American university papers – an editorial reflecting the Vatican’s position on an issue can quickly reverberate around the world when it is picked up by the mainstream media.
It also gets tens of thousands of hits on its website every day, which it publishes in seven languages.

Hi Fio. Thank you. I just love Sean–and my naughty mind went to a 3some right there. (its been a few days with my DAN. aahhh TMI.)
And the other links are great also–thank you everyone ‘cept the mean crazies.
quick notes…
~Babs looks good. she needs a new pair of hose though.
~thank you for the twitter post–i got that on my photobucket account
~dan’s suits are always tremendously fit. and it is his job to be fit, so he puts all that he can into it. And a little vanity doesnt hurt. If you look at the body–you miss the age sometimes. i am at that age and use that trick—accentuate the positives!!! (he gots a lot)
~crap, i thought he and them are totally writting and filming soon for the 2nd GWTDT? wow. wtf are they doing–”strike whilst the iron is hot”, it may not be as popular in a few years (???).
~just read article on Liz and the original Smiley…Wuthering Heights kinda love they had. Dan & Rach should not compare themselves.
~love her style—love her bag–love her hair—love her scarf—hell, she dresses like me with alot more money… (call me dan if it doesn’t work out)
~Mendel is trapped in her Hillary Clinton costume–anyone see her?

OH–and Dan & Rach? are they back in the states? difficult getting to NYC still—but opened airports today–they may have a little pull in getting where they want. (you two can fly into Boston, I’ll drive you down, or Rachel–you can drive….and we’ll sit in the back……)

I would love to know what he said to her in the pic where she has her head down laughing while walking next to him.
Maybe, “ok, hun, watch the paps as I give them my Bond face and staggering stagger…”

http://thedanielcraigfixation.tumblr.com/#12

My Dan asked me if I have a babysitter set for next week so we can go to this next wkend… I thought he forgot about it. Daughter number 2 (9yrs old) just gave him the entire plot when Adele’s song came on and she gave her interpretation of the song… I think I talk about it too much if she is reciting Dan’s next acting adventure?
NAH….
going here….yey!!! (ah, can someone babysit, cuz Mendel, I think, is stuck in her costume and can’t get to a computer.)oh, and btw Brit friend, I am seeing it on a HUGE screen–DAN is gonna be Huger than his regular Huge!!! nah-nah

Skyfall beating out HPDH2 @ 11/02/2012 at 8:41 am

‘Skyfall’ Sets Seven-Day U.K. Box-Office Record
The James Bond film with Daniel Craig brought in $60 million during its opening week in Britain, beating out previous record holder “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.”

LONDON – The 23rd installment of the James Bond franchise, Skyfall starring Daniel Craig as 007, has brought in the biggest opening week of all time at the U.K. box office, official figures show.
Eon Productions, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and Sony Pictures Entertainment were trumpeting the fact that Skyfall has made history after seven days on release, racking up $60 million (£37.2 million) at the U.K. box office.
The record haul sees the secret agent action movie overtake previous U.K. record holder Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, which had conjured up$57.6 million (£35.7 million), according to box office tracker Rentrak.
The third-biggest U.K. draw for an opening week also belongs to the wizard franchise as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 brought in $40.2 million (£24.9 million).
The big James Bond haul is also notable because the movie was not released in 3D, for which consumers generally pay a slightly higher ticket price. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 benefited from that. By the end of the run of the final installment in the Potter box office run, the movie had garnered almost half (48 percent) of its $117.9 million U.K. gross from 3D tickets.
A Rentrak spokesperson told The Hollywood Reporter that it is unlikely that Skyfall’s box office draw was diminished by not being available in 3D. “The Bond films attract Bond audiences and most don’t care about it being in 3D. They’d have all gone anyway,” the spokesperson said.
The 23rd Bond film opened in 587 cinemas across the U.K. and Ireland Oct. 26. It is scheduled to open in the U.S. on Nov. 9.
Producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli thanked all “the Bond fans and all U.K. cinema audiences for making Skyfall the biggest opening week ever during our 50th anniversary year.”
MGM chairman and CEO Gary Barber noted: “The continued record-breaking success of this film is a true testament to all involved and the global power of this 50 year old franchise.”
Said chairman of Sony Pictures Worldwide marketing and distribution Jeff Blake: “We couldn’t be more proud of the critical and commercial reaction Skyfall has received.”
In the film, Craig returns for his third outing as Ian Fleming’s 007 to find his loyalty to M tested as her past comes back to haunt her. The film is from Albert R. Broccoli’s EON Productions, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Directed by Sam Mendes, Skyfall was written by Neal Purvis & Robert Wade and John Logan.

to Amy

Thank you for the information. However, my friends will have down loaded the film long before Nov 8. The studios should have figured out that by not showing Skyfall in North America at the same time as in Great Britain and Europe that there would be downloading in the United States. Maybe with the next film they will have gotten the message.
