Nicole Scherzinger bares her back while attending the 2012 Cosmopolitan Ultimate Woman of the Year Awards held at Victoria & Albert Museum on Tuesday (October 30) in London, England.
The 34-year-old singer was joined by Kelly Osbourne, who brought her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart to the event.
