The day bofore, the 35-year-old actress carried her daughter down the sunny street as the two spent the afternoon together!

SMG and her hubby Freddie Prinze Jr. welcomed a baby boy together back in mid-September. Sarah Michelle and Freddie have yet to release the name of their son.
