Ellen Pompeo holds her adorable daughter Stella‘s hand while eating some ice cream on Friday (November 2) in Los Angeles.

Last weekend, the 42-year-old actress grabbed ice cream with her mother-in-law.

Check out a sneak peek below of the upcoming episode “Beautiful Doom” for Ellen‘s hit show Grey’s Anatomy, airing Thursday (November 8).

The official synopsis for the episode was recently revealed. “In this Meredith & Cristina-centric episode, the two friends continue to cope with life after the plane crash and their ever-growing responsibilities at their respective hospitals.
