    i feel bad for her kids if they want to go into a field related to the arts or entertainment and having to deal with her negativity. i feel bad for her kids period.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    and you are right that some doctors and nurses are a bit rough on their patients. i was shocked the first time i saw something like that.

    -
    she has some nerve tearing down those who are glorified in the arts when the arts are glorifying the medical practice on tv. -
    -
    at heart she seems like an ungrateful person.

    @doctors, nurses, teachers: If you want to attack Manny so be it, but don’t bring children into the fight, be an adult in how you choose to pick on someone. No one deserves to have their children drug through a gossip site disagreement. You know that is just wrong.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    you got right into her motive that she enjoys and takes pleasure in hurting others.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    i think its wrong of her to be this kind of person and to have kids.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    if she’s not well behaved, then they definitely aren’t or else they are oppressed by her.

  • http://www.justjared.com lolita

    @doctors, nurses, teachers: i only ask you to leave children out of the disagreement, please.

  • Manny

    @Oh Manny:
    .
    Piano. How ya doing Evie???
    .
    @doctors, nurses, teachers:
    .
    Yeah i chose to pursue a career I could make a living at. Imagine that. I have taught piano on the side too when money has been tight. I suppose I deserve your spite because my hubby is employed too. Imagine that two hard working people paying off a mortgage and student loans. Not being a burden to society and all. Shame on us. What a sin and crime…

  • ?…

    @doctors, nurses, teachers: Hey! Who cares??

  • Totally Useless Information

    Uh oh, somebody is off their meds. Time to ignore the troll.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    yes what a sin and crime that other people choose to do that in the arts and entertainment field and do it better and easier than you. people like mg and gb.
    oh they aren’t the only ones. i guess it just bothers you that there are people in this world besides them who want to progress in life. but someone its only ok for you but not others.

    How are you feeling lately?

  • http://www.justjared.com lolita

    @lolita: I have a question for you. What does it make you look like when you choose to try and hurt a person by attacking them by using their children? Please leave kids out of the fight. I won’t respond after this because if you feel it is your way of getting back at Manny, nothing I say will change that.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    the status and prestige envy at your level must be out of this world. its even worse than at the bottom of the barrel. which is only a drop in the bucket compared to yours.

  • http://www.justjared.com lolita

    @Manny: I’m doing well, the meds are working and that is good news for me. thanks for asking. How is your Dad doing?
    Oh btw my last question was for doctors, nurses, etc. I guess I got a little ahead of myself.

  • Manny

    OMG…. Because I think Gerry looks less than chivalrous in the above photo I don’t support the arts??? Bwahahahahahaha
    .
    And I’m a sh!tty person because I work hard and pay my bills. And I want to control the world because I’m a nurse.

    Lord have mercy on my ribs… Roflmao.

    Pop is hanging in there. Major surgery coming up but we have the odds stacked in our favor. You’re a doll for asking.

    I’ll say a prayer for your Dad. Take care, signing off.

    @doctors, nurses, teachers: You know the old saying….”It takes one to know one”- this statement would fit you.
    I work closely with nurses every day and though there are some of them that are extremely rude, they’re are also many that are extremely kind and very good at their jobs. You talk about abusive bosses? Doctors can be the most abusive. When i was in undergraduate school i worked in the Med school. We had one physician who was know for his tyrades. He threw a scalpel across the room once because the nurse gave him the wrong type of cotton pad. Doctors can be the most arrogant, even worse than most actors you know. Nurses bear the brunt of their poor behavior, while still helping the patient. Not to mention suffering abuse from the patient because afterall they are just the Doctors assistant. While I don’t get along with all nurses, they still have my respect. Its a hard a$$ job that doesn’t pay nearly what it should.

    @217…Hey Mans, prayers to you and your fam. Hope your Dad is doing well and comes through things with flying colors. **Hugs**. Strength and Courage….

    Peace.

    @doctors, nurses, teachers:
    Now I’m going to defend teachers. Do you knwo how little they get paid?? Yet they have the greatest influence over socitey’s youth. For you to lump yjhem in with Doctors and call them control freaks tells me that you have no concept of what teaching involves. You wanna talk control freaks, lets discuss the childrens parents who feel their angels can do no wrong. Despite the fact they spend such little time with them. And why is that because our society is screwed up. they pay actors, movie directots, producers and athletes far more money that they deserve. Sorry but when we are willing to pay an actor 3 to 5 million dollars for a movie and pay 35,000/yr to a teacher then our society is messed up. Don’t even get me started on what we pay policemen, Firefighters,a nd our own military!! Yet we allow producers to make movie after movie making millions. Hey i love movies and TV, they are a great getaway from reality but like Charlise Theron said in a interview —-“You know what I can’t stand? I hate actors who come and quote Nietzsche. I don’t like pretentious s**t. I like being around people who like to live life and understand the value of it. I need to be around people who understand we’re not curing cancer here.”

    http://www.celebitchy.com/227333/charlize_theron_i_hate_actors_who_quote_nietzsche_i_dont_like_pretentious_s–t/

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    @DocP:
    they get paid plenty believe me.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    i agree teachers are underpaid. as for as their control freakiness…i limit it to their incessant talking. its hard to get them to shut up and listen. that’s why they become teachers. they can talk…a lot…forever….dominate convos, that kind of thing.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    teachers could have it easier going into arts and entertainment or getting along with those are in that field, but nurses and doctors…big NOT.

  • DocP

    @doctors, nurses, teachers:
    Then I take it you know from first hand experience?? Do you know a nurse or teacher?? Did they express there frustration not to mention did they show you there patcheck?? Better yet how about how much they pay in taxes compared to alot of celebrities who hind their money in the Camens. See when they make a movie outside US borders, they don’t have to pay taxes on it unless they bring into our financial system. Not to mention its the US citizens that pay their hard earned money for these folks to take outside the US and not pay taxes on it. Sorry but you lose my vote on this one. i don’t agree in attacking actors but i sure as he/l wont glorify them and look the other way when they exhibit bad behavior.But i do believe in Karma and we all create our own. Sadly i think Gerry is making bad Karma and it will come back to bite him!! I see it all the time.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    @Manny:

    i don’t care about gerry and his perceived chivalry or lack thereof. i responded to a comment and you responded to mine and because you are a control freak you are having hard time with it.

  • DocP

    @doctors, nurses, teachers:
    We’ll see how you feel about Doctors and nurses if you ever have a heart attack, stroke, cancer, or if you ever reguire their services after being in a severe car accident. Then we’ll talk about your very narrow minded feelings. You seem to lump professions rather than judging each person for who they are. Not a very wise perspective IMHO.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    docp
    i stated already i have friends that are doctors nurses and teachers. i said they are control freaks and i am right. i said why i think people in these professions would not get along with people in the arts/entertainment as a lifestyle choice, marriage partner, etc.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    i’ve also worked in the health care industry…so its not like i am making this stuff up.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    sorry but when it comes to marriage and lifestyle choice i do judge people based on their profession because these professions attract people with certain characteristics that i may like or not like. that is my choice and a lot of other people besides me make these observations about people. its a science actually.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    its my choice of who to marry or not marry and so i have the right and responsibility and knowledge to do just that.

  • ?…

    –I was always told that Love knows no bountries. Apparently your kind of love does. Have you looked at the number of divorses in the entertainment field. Here an article that talks about divorse, to me thats the true test as to what type of professions make better spouses.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    @Totally Useless Information:

    this is the one i was responding to:@@138 I don’t believe that article for a second. He picked little Maddy out of his crowd because of her looks and youth. Gerard is not stupid. He knows there are plenty of decent women in the world who might give him a chance if he looked in the right place—doctors, nurses, teachers, the list goes on and on. He’d have to give up a few things and be a real man if he dated women from those worlds so he sticks with women like little Maddy. He gets what he wants-whatever that may be. He knows the score.

  • DocP

    Sorry its Divorce….I never competed in a spelling bee therefore it has never been my strong suite. i wanted to be an artists but they get paid way to little. I like to eat and have a roof over my head so i changed occupational gears.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    divorce is 50% across the board. doesn’t matter what your profession is.
    if you have self knowledge then you can lessen your chances of being one of those statistics.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    have you ever heard of myers briggs personality types?

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    people are drawn to different fields based on their personality types, not just their talents and skills or desires.
    there is also the holland personality test or something like that.

  • ?…

    @DocP:
    Enough fu/ck/ing B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T!!!!

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    back to the original comment: i think the person who expects an actor or actress to just date doctors and nurses and teachers is being a little unrealistic and wishful thinking. people in those professions are not going to get along in the arts/entertainment field except as a consumer.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    the poster clearly has no respect for the field so how do they think they can be married to someone who works in it?

  • DocP

    @doctors, nurses, teachers:
    You didn’t read the article….. if you refuse to accept the facts then why even bother discussing it. Live in your little bubble of ignorance, then when reality slaps you in the face just maybe it will wake you up.

    F.UC.K YOU!!!!!!!!

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    how do you explain paul newman and his wife?
    they were married for over thirty years.
    they are/were both actors. he even divorced his wife to be with the one he stayed with till the end of his life. he was very good looking. a hottie by today’s standards.

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    You picked the exception to the rule..how about
    Rhea Perlman and Danny Devito
    Christy Brinkley and Billy Joel
    Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman
    Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes
    He/L just look at the majority in the entertainment industry or even in the modeling industry (Seal and Heide Klum) i could go on and on and on but honestly I’ve tired of this debate. I’m moven on to my FB. See ya….

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    docp if you want to marry a doctor or nurse that’s ok
    i don’t want to. its not the right fit for me.

  • Dom Hemingway

    “Jude was joined on set by his stunning co-star Madalina Ghenea, who added a touch of glamour to the proceedings in a striking fur coat and pencil skirt.

    Showcasing her stunning curves in the ensemble, the Romanian actress and model opted for a slick of pillar box red lipstick, which perfectly offset her dark flowing locks.

    Jude plays the titular character in Dom Hemingway, an expert safecracker who has spent the past 12 years of his life in prison.

    Bombshell: Madalina Ghenea plays the female lead in the movie and showed off her incredible figure in a high-waisted pencil skirt as she got to work on set.”

  • doctors, nurses, teachers

    but doctors and nurses also have high divorce rates. just thought you should know that.
    you must be from colorado with your marriage push.
