Penelope Cruz is beautiful in a bright blue Versace dress at the Twice Born (Venuto Al Mondo) premiere held at The Space Moderno on Monday (November 5) in Rome, Italy.
The 38-year-old actress was joined for the event by her director Sergio Castellitto, his wife and the writer of the novel Margaret Mazzantini, and her co-star Saadet Aksoy.
