Anne Hathaway Parodies 'Homeland' on 'SNL'

Anne Hathaway takes on Claire DanesHomeland character Carrie Mathison in this brand new sketch from last night’s Saturday Night Live.

“She’s let me down every time. So give me one good reason why I shouldn’t trust her this time,” Bill Hader‘s parody character Saul Berenson said about Carrie during the skit.

Anne took on hosting duties for the third time last night, with musical guest Rihanna.

Not even a little funny. Somebody put SNL out of it’s misery.

I love when Anne’s on the show; she always does a great job. I couldn’t watch the show last night, because I was stuck working late in my office at DISH. As much as I wanted to see Anne’s third appearance, I wasn’t worried about missing the show because it’s available at DISHOnline.com the next day. I just got finished with the episode, and I thought the Homeland parody was good, but the Ellen sketch was better. Kate McKinnon does a nearly spot on impression of Ellen. Anne has had a little practice as Katie Holmes, and she gets better each time she does it. It wouldn’t surprise me if she came back for a fourth time in the next season or 2.
