'Nashville' Receives Full Season Pickup!

Great news Nashville fans: the Hayden Panettiere-Connie Britton led television show has received nine more episodes for the season from home network ABC!

Nashville also stars Charles Esten, Clare Bowen, Sam Palladio, Powers Boothe, and Jonathan Jackson.

The show centers around the Queen of Country Music Rayna James (Britton) and newcomer, and latest sensation Juliette Barnes (Panettiere). Much rivalry ensues when Rayna is asked to open for Juliette’s tour.

If you haven’t seen the show, be sure to check it out on Wednesday nights at 10pm EST on ABC. The next new episode, titled “You’re Gonna Change (Or I’m Gonna Leave)” airs TONIGHT!

ARE YOU HAPPY that Nashville was given a full season pick up?

Best new drama of the fall! Absolutely LOVE it!! I was drawn to it because I loved Connie in American Horror Story and thought I may hate this series because me and country music usually don’t get along, but this series is really great. Has it all!

This is great news! I’m really excited that Nashville is here for nine more episodes. I’ve really enjoyed watching this show, I think it’s unique and an interesting take on the country music industry especially with the generation gap between both artists. I first heard about the show from my DISH coworker and I’m glad I took their advice and tuned in. I recorded it on my DISH Hopper, which allowed me to watch the play back in multiple rooms while I got work done around the house. I started watching on my living room TV and then continued watching on my kitchen TV right where I left off, this saved me a ton of time.
