Katie Holmes holds hands with her daughter Suri as the two head out and about together on Sunday morning (November 18) in New York City.
The 33-year-old actress is currently in the midst of her sixteen week run for the Great White Way’s Dead Accounts, co-starring Broadway vet Norbert Leo Butz.

I think for Lady Gaga’s next “shocking” new style, she should just dress exactly like Katie Holmes.

Aw. When I saw pictures of her sleeping on the subway, it really made me respect her. She’s trying really hard to get some form of normalcy back into her life and that’s admirable. IMO. She doesn’t have to take the subway or prove anything to anybody but she really does want things to go back to “normal” after her high profile marriage to [Tom] Cruise. I wasn’t a fan of hers, but I enjoy seeing her let her daughter jump in puddles and not be chauffered around. She wants Suri to grow up the way she did. Good for you, Katie!
@sunshine: Come on people, she is actually heeding our advice and hiding her legs but u’re still finding faults.
Someone commented on one of the previous blogs that sheiks a long time smoker. Does anyone know if that’s true???
I have to say that I’d rather look at her tree trunk legs and that boots than this horrible skirt. :-))

Great to see Katie and Suri out enjoying the day off from the theater and school! They are doing what thousands of other New Yorkers are doing…taking the subway, running errands, having fun together! I congratulate Katie for not giving into the constant pressure in her life and making a place for herself and her daughter. I cannot imagine anything she has gone through in the past months has been easy but it is clear she is doing her best. And, Suri is looking more and more like a 6 year old child having fun! NOTHING wrong with any of this! :~ )
Seriously: Does anyone know if she’s a smoker??? Really want to know. U know, the hipocracydometer…

Just watched her on Kelly Ripa and Michael.. She needs to keep her hands off her face. So tacky!
Has since Dawson’s Creek. Used to smoke in public. Smoked a lot with Posh. Tom detested her smoking. Btw, review of her inThe Kennedy’s said the smoking was the only part of her performance that looked natural.
She doesn’t bleach her teeth because she is a heavy active smoker. It won’t work. She carries the coffee cup to explain the brown teeth. Notice how she rarely takes a sip.

Bad choice….horrible skirt. Very Dowdy> Katie looks like “Women of the Corn”…following after the scary movie, “Children of the Corn!” Sorry, Katie, your too pretty to make yourself look old and boring.
Holmes’ greatest talent appears to be that of tabloid fodder. That’s the price of marrying for fame and courting the media for publicity. She’s rarely written about for anything she actually DOES well (no surprise there).
