Rachel Weisz & Daniel Day-Lewis: NYFCC Award Winners!

The New York Film Critics Circle has announced its award winners for the 2012 film season!

Zero Dark Thirty, which plots the decade-long hunt for Osama bin Laden, picked up Best Film and Best Director for Kathryn Bigelow.

Rachel Weisz won Best Actress for The Deep Blue Sea while Daniel Day-Lewis was awarded Best Actor for Lincoln. His co-star Sally Field won the prize for Best Supporting Actress and Matthew McConaughey was the recipient of Best Supporting Actor for his turn as a stripper in Magic Mike.
