Prince William Visits Hospitalized & Pregnant Kate Middleton

Prince William smiles a bit as he enters King Edward VII Private Hospital to visit his pregnant wife Kate Middleton on Wednesday (December 5) in London, England.

The 30-year-old royal couple are expecting their first baby together, but unfortunately, the Duchess of Cambridge has been diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a horrible form of morning sickness.

Early Tuesday morning (December 4), prank callers ended up coaxing hospital staff into getting information on Kate‘s condition.

“This call was transferred through to a ward and a short conversation was held with one of the nursing staff. King Edward VII’s Hospital deeply regrets this incident,” a spokesperson for the hospital said.

Honestly there are women, men and children dieing of Cancer and other serious illnesses, people are so narrow minded they have to focus on some “royal” SHE MARRIED INTO ROYALTY! SHE IS NOT ROYAL!

So the paps called in and got info under false pretenses.

What a horrible way to live your life. Hounded by the press all of the time. This is probably just the start of it all.

I guess the Paps don’t want to learn anything from what happened to Diana.

It’s a wonder the royals don’t just abdicate everything and go into private life and end the monarchy alltogether.

Poor girl gets pregnant and it’s somehow an international sensation.

Why would anybody choose to live like that?

Holy cr#p, he looks middleaged and he’s only what, 30? Modernize your appearance, dude.

  • blip

For some reason I seem not to care about these spoiled rich brats. It’s not fatal. It’s just morning sickness. If they weren’t royals, then no one would give a damn about them. Neither one of them is good looking. By the time William is 40, he will be completely bald. There are HUNDREDS of girls who look like Kate where I live. She is nothing special. Kate was just a commoner when she married William, unlike Diana who actually had royal blood when she wedded Charles.

  • Ana

@blip: Just morning sickness? No. Hyperemesis Gravidarum actually WAS fatal prior to the 1950s, when they figured out they could treat it with an IV drip. Kate will be chained to a bed for the majority of her pregnancy.

Excuse me idiot, do your research. HG is not simply morning sicknesses–it is extreme morning sickness and without intervention both the mother and baby can die and in countries where there isn’t good medical care the mother and baby do die. If you have ever had the flu where you can’t keep anything down–imagine having this for weeks on end or months on end. You’d be dead. Lack of fluids would do it. Your kidneys would begin to fail and then it would be all over from there. Shame on you for being so cruel when a simple google search would have shown you this is not morning sickness. Oh, but then you have diarrhea of the mouth/fingers and constipation of the brain.

  • Anna

Gotta give you the props for that comment!

  • DB

@blip: Why do you call them brats? Prince William was born into this life – he did not choose it. I don’t recall him being a terrible young person, at least as covered in the press.

  • Ava

I LOVE @toria’s response! School them, girl!
Anyhoo, don’t they have HIPAA in the UK? I find it weird someone in the hospital would answer questions about a patient’s condition through the phone, especially with the royal family. Wouldn’t there be some sort of understood protocol if Kate’s family would want to know what’s going on?

  • Uh huh

    @XYZ: LMAO

  • sue

Sending my Best wishes to both of you Prince Willam and Kate.
