OlderPenn Badgley & Teresa Palmer: 'Parts Per Billion' Filming!
Penn Badgley and co-star Teresa Palmer hold each other as they film scenes on the set of Parts Per Billion on Wednesday (December 5) in Detroit, Michigan.
The 26-year-old actors bundled up as they shot scenes outside in the cold.
The film tells the story of three couples dealing with their relationships during war, and also stars Frank Langella, Gena Rowlands, Rosario Dawson, and Josh Hartnett.
