Congratulations to Jennifer and everyone. These folks are true actors not just celebrities.

# 2

OMG!!! I’m so happy for Jenn’ !! Tied with a great actress like Emmanuelle Riva… Congratulations!
Next chapter: GOLDEN GLOBES AND OSCARS!!!!

# 3

That is quite the make-up job on Jennifer. She looks almost biracial and very exotic. Pretty!

# 4

I reckon this is how Oscar night might look

# 5

congrats!!!:) hope to see Jen get a nomination for the oscars!:)

Well done Jennifer! Lovely young actress who is classy and talented!!

Good for them.

I think Amy Adams is a very, very dull actor. She needs to get some wrinkles or get arrested for drink driving or something. She’s really boring to watch onscreen and off.

@Elizabeth

I’m also surprised that Daniel Day Lewis didn’t win. But then, at the end of the day, it’s the voting members of the Academy of Arts and Sciences who will decide who gets what at the Oscars.

Terrible Twos @ 12/10/2012 at 1:54 am

Daniel Day-Lewis will win the Oscar for best actor, without question. He literally became Abe Lincoln. I’ve never seen anything like it. These other awards, I question their motives. Not to undermine anything these other artists did; DDL must be the greatest actor living today.

@Alaia: whatever makes you feel better, little krisbian. hahahaha

Congrats Queens Jennifer and Emmanuelle!! Two generations of great actresses! Now Jen ,go get your Golden Globe and Oscar! :-) (in addition to yours Spirit , Satellite and Santa Barbar awards of course!) so happy for her!

@R: seriously what is your problem???? she was just stating her opinion that she thought emmanuelle was better but that does not make her a fan of kristen.

p.s stop using that stupid word, krisbian is a word i would expect a child to say

@T: indeed, at least in terms of maturity krisbians are children. The comment was so dumb and childdish, then I concluded (perhaps wrongly) that it was a KStew’s stan. Because they hate all other actresses who are much more beautiful, talented and successful than her. They are a threat and a reminder of how mediocre and dispensable she is.

@Alaia: Show me another young actress her age who has given such an incredible, witty, and smart performance (maybe Saoirse Ronan) At age 20, she received nominations for the Academy Award, Golden Globe Award, Satellite Award, and the Screen Actors Guild Award. Can you imagine what her talent will be in her 80′s?

@R: Don’t’ forget San Diego Film Critics Society and DC Film Critics’ Awards ;-)
She is nominated for « Best Actress »

@Julie: I hope she has enough shelves at homme for all these statues! :)

@R: the only childish comments i see are the ones written by you. making false judgements that some is a fan of kristen just cos they said something negative about jennifer lawrence is dumb considering you do not even know who the person is that wrote the comment

@Julie: unfortunately she did not win best actress in the DC Film Critics Awards, jessica chastain did

@Julie: dakota fanning is a young actress who has given incredible and smart performances and she is only 18

Joaquin Phoenix get that much deserved OSCAR!

@T: I speak about “nominee” for Lawrence, not “winner”

@TheEricaStar: Joaquin Phoenix probably won’t win an Academy award any time soon after he spoke out about the stupidity of it all. It’s really just a popularity contest and the biggest suck-ups win. Phoenix deserved one for Walk the Line and he definitely deserves one now.
