I think everybody is overreacting… I know it’s a tragedy but what sane woman would kill herself because of a stupid prank?

# 4

Hhhmmmm i dunno what to believe anymore…. The radio, the prank, the hospital, the suicide or……

@wandalismus:
A woman from a culture where honor is paramount. That is who. Based on what her family has said – she believed she had brought irreparable shame upon her family by transferring the call.

This is what happens when people play pranks–they don’t take into consideration the feelings and motivations of ALL people who are affected–the cultural differences, the religious differences, the things that define other countries and cultures.

@danielle: This woman had strong reasons to live for, like children, and just for one stupid joke she killed herself? Sorry but I cant be agree with you. If this woman prefered her “honor” than her whole family’s pain for her death, definitely she didn’ t have her priorities in order.
I’m not defending these two prank, of course, but I think the woman reaction was too much exaggerated. In brief, unnecessary suffering.

Apparently some people would kill themselves because they wanted to be royalty.

# 8

Nobody in his right mind do that. God, it is excessive.

I agree with comment #2.
And about cultural differences, not speaking about this particular case, it’s the minorities or immigrants who have to adapt to the society they live in, not the other way around.

@From Paris with Love: I agree with Paris with Love.. Some immigrants want a better life by living their countries.. but keep all their beliefs. I am not saying they have no rights but need to adapt more and mingle more with society not just their “own”

@wandalismus:
I agree , but then again living in America obviously we don’t give as much importance to the royals as in England, she was probably bullied by co-workers, neighbors and other people. We really don’t knw what she went through they probably should give more info on why or who she was. Or maybe she didn’t do it cuz of the prank maybe it was something else, they aren’t saying anything only she killed herself and she was involved in the prank.
We shouldn’t judge since we don’t know all the information on her or her situation, its a tragedy never the less just pray for her family and give them strength
