    AMY Says:

    Ryan Lanza is a sicko. How can you do that to defenseless children. They did nothing, and now we lost 18 little lives.

    Yooda Says:

    Only in America! What a great country. Amusing story.

    TSquared Says:

    Does anyone really care what these celebs think at a time like this?

    I’m crying. The children need everyones support. Each and every person with a heart, celebrity or not, sending love and keeping them safe and protected from the evil of the world.
    Get rid of all the guns and the crazy people who turn them on our children.

    ... Says:

    Honestly everyone that buys a gun should have to undergo psychological testing before being allowed to obtain one.

    My condolences to the families affected by this tragedy

    Thank you so much JJ for telling us what the CELEBRITIES are saying their imput is SO important at a time like this. Jezz, the media gets more and more insensitive everyday. Ugh.

    Luke Says:

    Sophia Bush and Chad Michael Murray did an episode from One Tree Hill about a similar devastating situation…

    Twenty children were stabbed in China, today. Only in this world. Rihanna’s weet about “What a Christmas it will be”. I don’t think they are worried about toys right now. Christmas is about the celebration of Jesus’s birth and I am this will be even more emphasized.

    @: yeah its called ‘gu*n control’ why hasn’t your “amazing president” done a thing about it???

    Happy Says:

    Does this site really think that we care about what celebrities think about this tragedy?! The kids are dead there and you share what actor wrote on there twitter. America has become really a dangerous country. They should stop legalizing such dangerous things like carrying gun and now they are thinking about legalization of marijuana. God knows what will happen afterwards. RIP to these people.

    Jaie Says:

    @TSquared: Thank you. I couldn’t agree more.

    uh, Says:

    @Happy: as an australian i agree with you – none of them gave a sh&t when obama didn’t say a thing about gu&n control but were all happy to see him ignore it and hold puppies and have dinner with JAY Z. now they care? it shouldn’t take a tragedy to open their minds…

    A Says:

    Guns do NOT kill people. PEOPLE kill people!
    This is just the governments way to get gun control and get ALL guns from the citizens. That is a dangerous way we’re headed.
    When only the police and the government own guns, we, the people, are in big trouble.

  14. 14
    -_- Says:

    @A: your comment is so effing ignorant i don’t know where to look. Gun control is not a bad thing. People can still own them, you just have to register them. Americans are ridiculous. lives are lost and all you care about is your gun rights.

    mrs_fuzzybee Says:

    Call me strange but I do not give a flying fig what celebrities have to tweet or say about this. Their opinions are no more important than another other person. I think we all are appalled, disgusted and heartbroken at what happened. Being famous doesn’t make their statements more valid or important or even newsworthy than the common human.

    TSquared Says:

    Obama can’t do anything about it. He has already said he basically won’t waste the time on it since he is way short of votes to ban assault weapons in congress. He has bigger things to deal with right now.

    uh Says:

    @TSquared: i might just throw up –

    Fruitfly Says:

    Only cold, calculating people would use this tragedy to lobby against guns. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves – ashamed!

    What comforts me is that I believe those children are in Heaven now, a place without pain or sorrow, while their killer is being eviscerated with a hot poker along with Hitler ande Stalin.

  20. 20
    see Says:

    @Fruitfly: Only cold calculated people would use this tragedy to lobby FOR guns.
    You are turning the issue.
    People against guns are the least cold and the least calculated people, hippoees, peaceful. It is the crazy gun owners who are COLD and CALCULATED, wanting to keep their guns for intimidation sake and own entertainment. Police and military are the protectors. Call them. And give up your gun toting craziness.

    well.. Says:

    how can people praise obama and still feel sorry for these kids? his tears don’t mean sh&t to me.. i didn’t see him weep one bit for the children killed in drone strikes a few weeks ago!
    …we’re all part of the same world, america. if you can’t feel sorry for muslim children who have died in the hands of obama then you shouldn’t be crying for any others..

  23. 23
    claire Says:

    If you don’t care what celebrities have to say about this tragedy then why are you checking JustJared in the wake of it I mean jesus you can hardly blame them for posting about it.

    P.S. Adam Lanza was the shooter, Ryan Lanza (his brother) was wrongfully IDed by numerous media outlets.

    Justin Aniston Says:

    @AMY: Adam Lanza. *
