Miley Cyrus dons a revealing dress while attending the 2012 VH1 Divas at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (December 16) in Los Angeles.
The 20-year-old singer was joined on the purple carpet by her gal pal Kelly Osbourne and Ciara.

Miley is scheduled to perform Billy Idol‘s song “Rebel Yell,” while Ciara will perform Michael Jackson‘s song “Got Me Good.”

@:)): While the outfit is not as revealing as some of her others, there is no need to dress like this to point out she’s not an kid anymore. “Every teenager in America” does not dress like this, that statement is an exaggeration.
i want to like miley cyrus, but i find her to be very annoying. and i think it’s fine that she “fixed” her front tooth that wasn’t perfect, but she shouldn’t have gone on and on about how she’s so natural and she doesn’t believe in any kind of cosmetic procedure… because guess what — that IS one.

Poor Miley, no matter what she does, she cant lose the chipmunk face she has, she is not a cute girl, so maybe it’s good she has gone the edgy-punk look, it doesn’t matter if you are fugly then because people notice the hair and clothes more and it distracts from the fugly face.
