John Mayer dons a cowboy hat and backpack as he arrives for a flight at JFK Airport on Sunday (December 16) in New York City.

A few days before, the 35-year-old singer and girlfriend Katy Perry were spotted rocking out at the Rolling Stones concert in Newark, N.J.
