Miley Cyrus bundles up with a scarf covering her head on Tuesday afternoon (December 18) in downtown Philadelphia, Penn.

The 20-year-old entertainer took her dog Floyd for a walk after picking up some Starbucks while her fiance Liam Hemsworth worked on his new flick Paranoia.
