They really sound great as a group. And they sing live which should be really hard since the whole thing could fall apart if at least one of them sang out of tune :) I’m just not a big fan of the fact that in the x factor every performance is kind of a whole ”stage production ”..The staging ( costumes, dancers, props, choreography etc ) should not be overshadowing their vocal performance too much IMO

Despite a bit of a rough start, overall the finale was really good and it had some great performances. But I was a bit disappointed that Tate won. I’m glad I didn’t miss it completely (which almost happened). I was concerned about it; last night I had to leave the house moments before X Factor began, and realized (too late) that I forgot to set my DVR. Luckily a while back, a coworker of mine at DISH convinced me to get a Hopper, which is a whole-home DVR that DISH released earlier this year; it has this feature called PrimeTime Anytime that records all four of the major networks every evening during primetime. So the PrimeTime Anytime function automatically recorded X Factor for me, and once I remembered I had this feature, I was able to catch up this morning before I ended up hearing spoilers.
