Miley Cyrus bundles up from the cold while taking her dog Floyd for a walk on Wednesday (December 19) in Philadelphia, Penn.
The night before, the 20-year-old entertainer flashed a peace sign while posing for a photo during a visit to Sigma Sound Studios.

Miley‘s fiance Liam Hemsworth was also spotted out that evening after filming scenes for his upcoming flick Paranoia.
“Floyd still hasn’t let go of his favorite ball,” Miley tweeted. “Floyd is feeling festive.”
