Britney Spears Steps Out After 'X Factor' Firing Reports

Britney Spears and her fiance Jason Trawick head back to their car after having lunch at Claim Jumper on Thursday (December 27) in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

The 31-year-old entertainer brought along her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James for the lunch outing.

Earlier that day, reports surfaced that Britney will be fired from The X Factor and not return for the next season.

“Britney will get the boot,” a source told Us Weekly. “Producers wanted her for the long haul, but it isn’t working.”

“They paid [$15 million] for her to say ‘amazing’ and offer half-claps,” other sources added. “He wanted crazy Britney, but he got boring Britney.”
