The 49-year-old Nip/Tuck actor was spotted shopping for holiday gifts at The Grove earlier in the week.
Dylan recently reached a divorce settlement with his ex-wife Joanna Going, which reportedly states he must pay her roughly half of his royalties from Nip/Tuck, along with money from movies and television guest spots, according to TMZ.

Don’t get married, plain and simple, or you will be handing half your money and assets over to someone who didn’t work for them. Child support is different of course. I’m surprised men aren’t learning anything from any of this. Jamie Foxx seems to be one who has. He’s paying child support for two children but he knows better than to risk his fortune by getting married.
