Gwyneth Paltrow: 'It's All Good' Cover Unveiled!

Gwyneth Paltrow flashes a smile for the cover of her upcoming cookbook “It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great,” out in stores on April 2, 2013!

For the new book, the 40-year-old actress put together 185 delicious, easy recipes that followed her doctor’s guidelines to lose weight and feel more energized.

So, the recipes from her previous book were not good enough to prevent her from getting ill? Not sure I want to buy the second book.

I LOVE Gwyneth and can proudly say I was one of the very first people to sign on and promote her blog GOOP. I love it and her and this book just like her last one is full of great recipies and other goodies.

What crack of a doctor would tell a amemic , malnourished , vitamin d deficient women to cut any of those foods besides all of then…. Such bs to push her fad diet. And really don’t get how a women who says she has been eating/ lifestyle / exercising/ vit taking like this for years could become that unhealthy… and then push her same lifestyle unto the public as a heathy one…… Desperate to stay relevant and desperate for validation.

The fact that she had to change her existing diet to a new one doesn’t inspire confidence. She marketed her first book on recipes that apparently weren’t healthy enough to keep her well. Now she wants us to shell out money for a second book and these new recipes.

@Love The Shoes: if so, she has serious pr problems because most people find that she talks down to the masses.

So we should just throw her old cookbook out because it’s not good for us?

Seriously, I’m thinner than her and have EXCESSIVE vitamin D, iron and hemoglobin. I’m WAY thinner and WAY paler than her and have the highest iron and vitamin D levels my doctor had ever come across – INFACT, doctors are now worried I have too much iron, red blood cells and vitamin D (highest ever recorded). I also have dangerously dense bones for a woman my age – they are so dense it is kililing me cause I can’t push those super heavy bones outer bed!.1200% denser than the usual overweight women. Yet I am supposedly “skinny” and I have these dangerously dense bones! Just goes to show thin and pale has zap all to do with anemia or weak bones. The more iron I take, the more freakishly pale my skin is! Maybe Gwyn Like me has execess iron levels! She looks like the type, likle me to gorge herself with sun and food. You know what the cause of all of this is? All my life people have told be I’m too pale and skinny so I’ve always GORGED myself on MASSIVE quantities of red meat (4 kg of the stufff per day) and sunbathed for HOURS in the Aussie sun tryiing desperately to be tan and plump. So for everyone who ever called me pale and skinny It’s ALL YOUR FAULT. I keep taking MASSIVE doeses of iron and D daily dude, since pale skinny peole are ALWAYS defficient in such things and I totally believe in heresay and common knowledge is like by bible, man.
