“It’s just been a wonderful, life-changing experience,” Connie shared.

Connie added, “It was something I knew I always wanted to do, was to adopt from there. And then I lost both of my parents actually within three years of each other and I kind of thought, what am I waiting for? The man will come and if I want to have my own kids I can do that, but I know this is something I want to do.”

God bless you Connie. A child in need is a child in need and it should be without borders flags or skin tone (that comment is for those who I know without a doubt will go racial and nationalistic).

@Love The Shoes: Yeah, coz American orphans aren’t goid enough. I don’t get why celebrities have to adopt kids from other countries. The more exotic, the better? Like shopping the world for rare knickknacks?

I must agree. Why don’t we ever hear of a celebrity adopting a child from the U.S.? There are more than you can imagine that need a good home and a loving parent. It’s like, if they adopt a child – they want to make sure he/she looks adopted…
