DJ Earworm is back with his yearly mashup of this year’s top hits. Check out his mashup below called “United State of Pop 2012 (Shine Brighter)“!
The song mix included hits such as Bruno Mars‘ “Locked Out of Heaven”, One Direction‘s “What Makes You Beautiful”, Ke$ha‘s ‘Die Young,” Katy Perry‘s “Wide Awake,” Rihanna‘s “Diamonds,” and Psy‘s “Gangnam Style.”
Last year’s mashup featured Adele‘s “Rolling In The Deep,” Foster the People‘s “Pumped Up Kicks,” and Katy Perry‘s “Firework.”

I like it – personally. It really captures the popular music of this year and the popular themes – it’s funny how the word ‘Tonight” is featured so prominently. I still love the 2009 best!
Gangnam Style ruined it.
