Kris Allen Breaks Arm in Head-On Collision Car Crash

Kris Allen looks visibly distraught while trying to relax in his hospital bed after breaking his arm in a head-on collision car crash on Tuesday (January 1).

“From Kris: he’s in a lot of pain, arm broke, may not play guitar for a while. Prayers welcome please! #headoncollision,” the 27-year-old American Idol winner’s mom Kimberly tweeted.

“Kristopher and [his wife] Katy are both pretty beat up but ALIVE! Thank you Jesus! They are setting his arm now and will have surgery tomorrow,” Kimberly added. “Zorro is fine too! Very shook up, but not injured.”
