    Tom was in my country in Europe couple years ago making MI movie and he is the sweetest and nicest celebrity I’ve ever met and I go to many festivals so I know thing or two about celeb behavior. He always stopped to take pics and autographs and he even visited school out of nowhere because some kids spotted him when he was filming. He may have some crazy religion thoughts but he is the nicest to his fans.

  • Angie

    Apparently he cares more about his fans than his poor daughter. I’m sure Suri is used to coming second to his career.

  • Willow

    If you discount the “S” factor and the couch jumping, he’s really an old-fashioned type of celebrity…earnest to his fans to the point of being dull

  • LOL

    @Angie:

    oh really now…seems to me he’s a working Dad. It wasn’t Tom who wanted to break up his family but Katie. So at least he’s building a nice trust fund for his daughter and is not some welfare recipient living off tax payers $$$ to support his kid.

    Not to mention unlike Katie, he’s not parading his daughter around in front of paps for PR

    @Angie:

    When he was with his daughter, you said he brainwashed her.
    When he worked hard in another country, you said he did not care about his daughter.
    So It’s all TC’s fault.

  • x

    Leave Cruise alone. He is a very decent father.

  • Krix

    Tom Cruise has a very strong supportive fan base and he has a consistent record of showing his appreciation for them (comes across as very sincere).
    Very professional, which is a nice look.

  • Darcy

    @x:
    A committed father doesn’t work 24/7 like Cruise does. And not seeing your daughter who’s six for three months is inexcusable for a person with his means: money, private plane and power.

  • Peapo

    Sorry but I can’t ignore his ‘religion’ that has damaged and even killed people. He is constantly trying to get more fools involved in this sham by having Scientology info tents on his movie sets.
    And I agree with Darcy. If he wanted to see his daughter every weekend he would make it so. Many actors have rules that they won’t go longer than a week or two without seeing their family. But it seems as if success and fame are more important to him than anything else. Suri will probably benefit from her fathers absence more than if he was constantly in her life brainwashing her and raising her with all of the crazy rules his cult uses on children.

  • All That Work?

    @Peapo: That description fits majority of religions…Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism…and list continues.
    Are you going to post negative comments for those other celebrities who follow those religions to voice your disapproval?
    Yeah, thought not.

    Hi, I’m in Japan and we all think Tom stinks really nice!

  • Stinks Really Nice? SNF

    @james lightfield:
    Yeah, the smell of success to those who aren’t use to it comes off as smelling bad.
    Find something you can be successful at… uhmmmm, let’s see….SNF comments could be your opening to SMELL just as bad. b(^_^)d
