Alicia Keys takes the stage at the 2013 People’s Choice Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Wednesday (January 9) in Los Angeles.
The 31-year-old singer opened her performance with the hit ballad “Girl On Fire” before kicking the party off with the upbeat “Brand New Me.”
Alicia‘s hubby Swizz Beatz cheered her on from the audience with their adorable son Egypt in his lap.

She didn’t sing “Brand New Me”. She sang “Girl On Fire” and “New Day”. It was a very great performance and she looked beautiful and sang perfectly. Loved everything about the performance especially Swizz and Egypt watching her. So sweet.

That was a good performance, but it could’ve been better if the songs were different.
Great singer, but dressed like a nutcracker.
I don’t like her hair like this but she has such a pretty face. I would have preferred her to sing Brand new me though…. Nice performance anyway, you can see she gives it her all. There’s presence. And how cute is her little boy =)
well her voice is not so great live :/ …
