Chloe Moretz arrives at the 2013 People’s Choice Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Wednesday (January 9) in Los Angeles.

The 15-year-old Carrie actress looked gorgeous on the red carpet in a neon colored Simone Rochas dress, Casadei shoes, and a Smythson bag.
